I had the pleasure of meeting Chad Egan for the first time just before an auction of two properties which I subsequently bought. They were side by side penthouse suites in the central CBD of Sydney. I had found out about these properties only the day before and my first inspection was one hour before the auction.
I found Chad to be enthusiastically helpful and polite at all times. There was difficult negotiation as the properties were mortgagee in possession. Chad maintained a steady attitude of professionalism through this and I know went out of his way after hours to secure my negotiations. By the end of one week I had exchanged contracts on one of the properties and the sale proceeded.
I was pleasantly surprised to find Chad's helpfulness continue unabated after the exchange, a refreshing change after all the real estate agents I have dealt with in my life.
After another week I made inquiries about the second property as I knew it did not exchange. I offered to buy it but Chad advised he was courteously waiting for a buyer to raise the required funds. This attitude displaying integrity impressed me immensely. It came to pass that the buyer could not proceed and it wasn't until that point that Chad took an offer from me for the second property which proceeded to finish the deal.
It is my appreciation that Chad was non aggressive, at all times courteous and helpful and maintains the highest level of ethics in real estate transactions. I recommend him highly and have no hesitation in accepting phone calls about this reference.
